We are an organization that provides women and men who work for the Division of Adult and Career Education of the Los Angeles Unified School District with training and networking opportunities. The membership is comprised of classified and certificated school district staff and others interested in working for and promoting within the Los Angeles Unified School District. Women Educators offers workshops and events that focus on effective leadership, success in promotional examinations and networking.

Our theme for the 2011-2012 school year is "WE are the Future." This year Women Educators will focus on providing its members with events that promote a brighter future for adult education, improving education, and creating positive effects on students' lives and communities.

We hope you will take advantage of the many events Women Educators offers. Whether you are a member or just visiting, our goal is to provide tools to those who serve adult school students.
